About

M. A hands-on builder and deep-diving analyst.

I built my career in IT business development and marketing, and today, my focus is on defining and delivering real business value through AI. Time and again, I witnessed a recurring theme: the gap between the "overwhelming performance of global AI models" and the "fragmented reality of legacy systems and business operations" cannot be bridged by planning and strategy alone. This space is a log of my journey to bridge that gap head-on through code.

This is an execution notebook that deals with the real, production-level problems beyond the illusion of a "one-click" service launch.

We live in an era where Claude Code and Cursor write code for us, but deploying agentic AI into production environments, integrating payment gateways, and controlling unexpected hallucinations and the limits of orchestration still require getting in the trenches. This blog unapologetically shares the architectural struggles, the endless iterations of trial and error, and the lessons learned that begin right where prototyping ends.

What I Dive Deep Into

  • Agents & Architecture — The backbone of engineering: from core tech stack trends like agent frameworks, orchestration patterns, and memory management systems, to in-depth teardowns of frontier AI tools like Claude Code.
  • Strategy & Economics — Business-perspective analysis: from macroeconomic trends like global AI market structures and capital flows, to the product strategy differences between domain-specific AI agents/services and Frontier Labs, down to the unique AI adoption dynamics of Asian markets like Korea and Southeast Asia.
  • Build Logs & SaaS — Live data, PMF exploration processes, and the vivid operational logs of a solo builder, gained from actually building AI products: from the GEO SaaS (WICHI) I am currently building to open-source projects.

Current Projects

  • WICHI — A GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) SaaS that measures and optimizes brand visibility across AI search engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.).
  • Make Me Unicorn (MMU) — An open-source CLI framework that standardizes the SaaS launch process into 534+ checklist items.
  • Self-Tuning Loop — An open-source implementation of a self-optimizing loop and evaluation cycle for autonomous agents.
  • Minbook — The content infrastructure for an AI builder, built and operated entirely from scratch (this site).

AI-Augmented Editorial Policy & Disclaimer

The posts in this space are completed through high-density collaboration with AI. As a builder working with frontier AI tools, I actively utilize AI for research, translation, summarizing long texts, and rewriting drafts.

However, the direction of the questions asked, the insights that weave the context together, and the ultimate responsibility for fact-checking and publication belong entirely to M (the operator).
